The subject of the diploma thesis is the design for an expansion strategy of a selected company into Slovak market. The company is based in Brno and is does business in design activities in construction. The work is divided into four parts. The introductory part contains the definition of the issue, determines the main and partial goals and the described methodology. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts associated with the defined issues. This part is followed by an analytical part, which examines the current state of the company. The final part contains proposals for solutions.

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na českou společnost JOHNNY SERVIS, s.r.o. a její aktuální záměr, kterým je vstup na zahraniční trh. Po vzájemné diskuzi se společnost rozhodla participovat v této práci a ocenila tuto možnost. Zprvu se rozhodovala mezi více možnostmi v rámci jednotlivých trhů, avšak nakonec se vyjádřila s prosbou o zpracování této práce na vstup na německý trh.

Strategie vstupu na německý trh pro start-up firmu

The goals of my thesis are to present the researched company an analysis of a German market in a speed-reading industry, to discuss the correctness of company's hypotheses about the German market compared to the German reality, and to suggest a marketing strategy for the company's market entry supporting the selected market entry mode. In the first part, the theoretical section is introduced in which motives for foreign entry, followed by models of an environment analysis, of entry modes and of a customer analysis are described. These models are further used in the second part in which specifically speed-reading market in Germany and a German customer are analyzed. Based on the analyses, the market entry mode of the company is suggested, followed by the evaluation of the previously defined hypotheses regarding a German customer and a product, and, lastly, the next steps which the company should execute are proposed.
Rise of the Auto Industry in China and it’s Impact on the Auto Industry in Europe

This thesis deals with the internationalisation strategies of Chinese car manufacturers towards the European car market in the period 2012-2025. It starts by introducing the internationalisation framework on a theoretical level with special regards to the automotive industry. In the second part then the major characteristics of the Chinese and European car markets are identified. The conclusions from this analysis then create the base for a subsequent analysis of capabilities of Chinese car manufacturers with respect to the target European market. In the last part of the paper the identified information is used for coming up with potential entry strategies of Chinese carmakers in Europe in the specified time period as well as identifying the most probable consequences of this market entry for the current market players.
Analýza aktivit firmy Polpur s.r.o. na zahraničních trzích a návrh optimalizace vstupu na nové trhy

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the activities of the company Polpur s.r.o. (company produces tools for grinding and polishing, primarily in the glass and jewellery industry) on foreign markets and recommendation how to optimize entering new markets. In the first part is presented the company, its history, the portfolio of products and also how is company presented. Furthermore, with the assistance of SWOT analysis is evaluated the position of the firm on domestic market. In the second part is defined range of current activities of company Polpur s.r.o. on foreign markets. These activities are evaluated and it is suggested how to optimize them. The third chapter briefly describes the importance of the newly opened Internet shop on the domestic market and on foreign markets. In the next section are defined factors that are crucial for the company Polpur s.r.o. while entering foreign market. The content of the fourth chapter is the selection and following PEST analysis of country suitable for entry. Selected country is from the point of view of company Polpur s.r.o. perspective, and it is Iran. In the final part of the thesis are at first mentioned possible forms of entry to foreign markets and consequently is demonstrated the recommendation of optimisation of entry to foreign markets in the selected country with the help of selected forms of entry and the author's own recommendations.
The entry strategy to Belarussian book market

The thesis demonstrates the entry strategy of a fundamentally new product - the magazine-catalogue of business books through the publishing house - to the B2B Belarusian book market. This product will help companies to make a better choice in the market of business literature. Customers will enjoy an overview and easy access to the titles, will have a quick reference about the content and prices, and will be able to place purchase orders online. The central issue is the optimization of courier service in the capital city Minsk and the surrounding area based on the customer demand. Therefore there is a need to introduce a new product, which will help to order books through catalogue and having them delivered by post, saving both, time and energy. The thesis is based on actual experience and its conclusions can be used in business practice.
